Not long after last night’s newsletter went out, the government again extended mask mandates for another two weeks. They now expire January 25th (after CNY), so who knows whether they get scrapped then.

The high-speed rail XRL will return to service from West Kowloon station on January 15th. 5k persons going up and 5k coming in per day to start with.
