India and South Korea announce new arrival rules for visitors from China; the Indian rules apply to Hong Kong, no word yet whether the South Korea rules do.

The Education Bureau announced tonight that daily RATs for staff and students will continue until January 31st. Secondary schools will go back full-time after CNY holidays.

And ICYMI, saunas are back!
