Two things dominated the headlines today; Paul Chan and Severe Tropical Storm Nalgae.
Last night after the newsletter went out news arrived that CHP had cleared Paul Chan to attend after his on-arrival PCR test. No-one was shocked. Interestingly the CHP declined to say the test result was negative, just that he was deemed no longer infectious.
