A new one to me, but apparently not to Hong Kong as HKFP reports, with a 29-year-old male arrested last month for doing similar deeds to three women.

• Back in January an off-duty customs officer tried to intercept a motorcyclist who moments after the incident died in a crash.
The customs officer has now been unconditionally released, with the Department of Justice stating that no criminal proceedings would be instituted in this case.
• If you are flying in and out of HKIA in the coming week, please note that the automated train that would normally take you to your gate/immigration may not be running.
As to why this notice is “updated”, well… HKIA tried to implement it earlier and this happened.
