• The long awaited Coroner’s Court verdict into the 2012 Lamma ferry disaster has found that all 39 victims were killed unlawfully.
Via SCMP: The implication of the ruling is limited, however, as the two captains had already borne the legal consequences of their actions, and all claims for damages had been settled before the verdict.
