• The recently shuttered Ma On Shan cinemas will get a new lease of life.

CineArt Cinema said on Friday it would open a new branch at MOSTown in Ma On Shan before Lunar New Year, replacing the now closed Emperor Cinemas site.
While the chain did not specify an exact date, the first day of Lunar New Year falls on February 17.

Kai Tak Sports Park Limited (KTSPL) on Friday has named Andrew Kam Min-Ho as CEO Designate to succeed founding CEO John Sharkey on 1 April 2026.
Kam was the Managing Director of Hong Kong Disneyland between 2008-2016.

Prudential plc has announced Sir Douglas Flint will be appointed as a Non-Executive Director and Chair-Designate to succeed Shriti Vadera as Chair of the Board.
